Shipping policy

Phytosanitary Certificate is provided for all international orders and free of charge regardless of order quantity. 

For European Union customers, please note that all orders are fulfilled via courier by default. To qualify for standard and EMS shipping, please ensure you have an import permit. Contact us for more details. 

Standard shipping takes 3-4 weeks while EMS takes 2-3 weeks for other locations. 

All courier option are customs fee and duty paid. 

Should you experience delay (delivery status stuck at customs clearance for more than 2 working days), please email and contact your customs office with the tracking number to expedite clearance.
