REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our plants and offer refunds or replacements exclusively for plants that arrive dead (DOA). Please take a video when unpacking your order upon arrival and contact us immediately — no later than the delivery date — for our review. We will not be responsible if the plant died during acclimatization.
📦 Replacement:
We will provide the same plant(s) at no additional cost for the item itself (shipping excluded). If you opt for a replacement shipment, full shipping fees will apply.
💰 Refund: Depending on the situation, we may issue a partial or full refund for the plant price only (shipping costs excluded).
💔 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived after expected delivery time, please check the tracking number provided. If it's delayed or held (e.g., at customs), we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier service (they typically require an email address to send a customs clearance form to you). Please note that lost packages are not eligible for guaranteed refunds from us, as they fall under the courier's responsibility.
